No!! Please don’t think you’re not ready. It will only delay your results. No matter what skill level you’re at or what your level of activity is, everything you learn can be scaled to your ability.
Sitting all day is dangerous. Learning how to properly move your body is the least dangerous thing you can do. With our quality coaching and our 2-week Fundamentals Program, we ensure that you will learn movements correctly before joining the regular classes.
With our program, you are given the tools to create a stronger ‘you’ for daily life. Our program allows you to understand the “why” in the most commonly asked question in workout programming: “Why am I doing this?”. We guide you through your journey every time you walk through our door.
The answer to this question will vary from person to person depending on goals. However, most of our members train anywhere between 3-5 times per week. We recommend at least 3 times per week whether you are looking to lose weight or gain muscle. But with a great community like ours, you’ll find it easy to come in as much as you’re schedule allows!
Injuries and limitations play a role in daily life and it’s no different in CrossFit. Our program allows you to address your injury or limitation and learn how to strengthen it. Our coaches take pride in working with anyone’s limitations and make sure the member can adapt to any movement in the workout.
Both personal and group training have their benefits. However, group training helps to keep you motivated because of the relationships and camaraderie you build with other members. Instead of trying to find the motivation to go to the gym, you’ll feed off the motivation from the person right beside you!
This is a common misconception of what CrossFit does. CrossFit makes you stronger and more flexible and allows you to try things out of your comfort zone in a safe environment. You will build muscle as well as lose weight, which doesn’t allow your body to get “big”. With our programming and nutritional guidance, you will see the results that your body is meant to achieve.
Yes! We encourage expecting mothers to stay active with our programming. When you’re pregnant, you need to stay active and mobile so we modify by using less weight and not doing any movements that make you feel uncomfortable. Staying active throughout the pregnancy will help aid in your recovery afterwards.
You will see WOD on a daily basis because it stands for “Workout Of the Day”. It just lets you know what we’ll be focusing on for the day. Plus it sounds cool!
AMRAP stands for “As Many Rounds As Possible”. This allows you to track your progress with any given workout you do multiple times. It’s the best way to see how your strength and endurance have improved after a few months in our program.
We understand that everyone has different reasons for wanting to get in shape. Because of this, we sit down with you so we can get an understanding of why you came in to see us. Whether or not you have immediate goals or general interest, we want to know what brought you in and see if we are a good fit for what you’re looking for.

On top of that, you’ll receive a step-by-step guide to reach your goals and an individualized nutrition plan based on your goals. All for free!

Our Program shows you the value of what we have to offer. If you feel you want to continue, you can choose from our different membership options with no pressure of a contract or sign-up fees.

Along with getting in shape, we include one-on-one coaching and nutrition coaching to help you set goals, consistently meet goals, and strive to be the best person you can be inside and outside of the gym.

Our 2-week Fundamentals Program allows you to understand what the CrossFit methodology is all about. You will learn how to blend proper body weight movement with lifting weight to see the results you’re looking for whether it’s weight loss or muscle gain.
If you haver never done CrossFit before, we do require that you attend our 2-week Program. If you have previous experience, you are not required to, but do have the option to go through the Program to brush up on all the movements.
We offer a nutrition class with our Fundamentals Program to help you get started on making better choices. On top of that, if you decide to start a regular membership, you get one-on-one sessions with our nutrition guru, Nathan Brammeier, for a better direction of what your personal goals might be.
Each class runs for an hour. The hour includes learning how to mobilize your body to prepare for the movements. Proper warm-up as a group and then our incredible coaches take you through technique work for the WOD. Then you get to hear 3…2…1…GO!!
A smile is mandatory (exceptions, of course, are allowed. Not every day is a great day!) along with the excitement of what the class will offer you!! And, of course, clothes and shoes that you can get a little sweaty in! We provide towels and water.
Many CrossFit gyms don’t require you to learn proper movements safely by taking you through a quality Fundamentals Program. “Try a class for free” is the typical response. We care equally about everyone who comes through our door looking to make a change. But we understand the safe progression you need to experience to make this worth your time.

Plus, we’re just a really fun bunch of people!!

Our Fundamentals Program is the perfect starting point for someone who is looking for a change in their workout program and not getting the results they want. Or someone with no experience in the gym but has been wanting to give it a try.
We allow kids in our program, but they do have to be 16 and have at least 1 parent in the class with them.
We do have a room where kids can hang out while parents work out. The room has games, books, and movies.
We have 1 scheduled time for open gym. But we do have an open-door policy. Your membership allows you to use the gym at any time as long as a class is not in session. Just talk to our head coach, Dave Gonzalez, and let him know other times you would like to come in.
We love having out-of-towners come in and WOD with us! We charge $20 for a day but do have options if you are here for multiple days. Click here to contact us and let us know any questions and what day and class you would like to attend.
Yes!! Workouts should be hard, but the intensity is always up to you. You NEVER have to use the prescribed weight if it’s a weight you can’t manage in a safe way. Our program is all based around functional movement so there is always a way to modify if you are restricted in any way.

So get in here and make that hour count no matter what!
