The goal of the 2-week CrossFit Fundamentals Program is to increase your fitness level while increasing your confidence in your abilities. All while having fun!
You'll get hands-on training from the premiere CrossFit coach in the Bay Area, Dave Gonzalez, CrossFit Redux head coach and owner. You are guaranteed personal attention because we keep our Fundamentals class size limited to 5 participants.

During each class, you will be guided through mobility and a warm-up. Then we'll break down a number of essential CrossFit movements and finish with a workout that incorporates what you just learned.
You'll also receive a free nutrition class from a nationally recognized nutritionist, Nathan Brammeier, creator of the Fat Adapted Diet and CrossFit Redux owner.

Classes meet Monday through Thursday at 5:30pm for 2 weeks (8 classes including the free nutrition class).
